The inclusion of stories, locations and characters from seemingly unrelated Stephen King books into the plot line of The dark Tower creates an unusual perspective for movies you may have already seen (Hearts in Atlantis). It all looks very different from the Dark Tower perspective. I don't see this story being viable as a network show, It would be better as a HBO/SHOW-TIME series because it gets pretty weird and graphic.
